Dr. Carlotta Berry
Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Berry is a robotics researcher and engineering educator whose work centers on mobile robotics and human robot interfaces. She holds a PhD from Vanderbilt University, master's and bachelor's degrees from Wayne State University and Georgia Tech, and a bachelor's degree from Spelman College.
She is the author of Mobile Robotics for Multidisciplinary Study and co-editor of Mitigating Bias in Machine Learning. Her honors include Forbes 50 Over 50 in Innovation and the IEEE Undergraduate Teaching Award.

Malcolm Adams
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer
Malcolm Adams is a physical systems engineer, agricultural inventor, and applied economist. He began as an HVAC apprentice at sixteen and has spent three decades across precision agriculture, enterprise AI infrastructure, and government intelligence.
He is founder and CEO of Avid Solutions International, an IBM Champion for 2026, and an NSF I-Corps AgCorps graduate through Cornell. He holds a U.S. Congressional Commendation for contributions to agricultural technology, is a five-time published author and TEDx speaker, and has more than fifteen patents pending across AI and agricultural technology.

onticworks.io came out of the electrical and computer engineering lab at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. The university holds no ownership interest in the company's intellectual property.
